The following is our promise: Venture Executive Partners, like many other businesses, examines its DE&I performance on a regular basis to see where we have come and how far we still have to go. Our Chief Diversity Officer spearheads these efforts. We redoubled our efforts in 2020 and committed to a detailed action plan. This has included, among other things, attempting to field diverse slates of candidates for open roles; training and education based on Venture Executive Partners’ unique expert population; and a commitment to our global Diversity Networks, which foster a diverse workplace through recruiting and outreach efforts, development, and mentoring opportunities, and providing a safe space for Venture Executive Partners employees. Venture Executive Partners can share their stories and provide each other assistance. We have raised our donations and pro bono support for racial justice organisations as a result of our Social Impact efforts.
No tolerance policy on discrimination:
Venture Executive Partners has long had a zero-tolerance policy for harassment and discrimination, which includes a restriction on retaliation. All staff are required to attend annual mandated trainings, and we communicate widely to ensure that employees are aware of how to report any issues (including employee access to an anonymous whistle-blower hotline). A work atmosphere that promotes integrity and respect benefits us all.

We choose experts for projects based on their responses to extensive inquiries about their experience, knowledge, skills, and talents, as well as information gathered from previous encounters with Venture Executive Partners, but we do not consider ethnicity, gender, or other factors. This represents our philosophy that exact matches to the top professionals should be made depending on what our clients require. Not on any other feature, but on what our experts say that they know and can contribute.
